HELEN A. KUSHLAK (nee Bak), age 96, beloved wife of the late Basil "Chuck"; mother of Dennis (Mary) and Phyllis (Cornie, deceased); grandmother of Sean, Michael, Maggie, David, Sarah, Colleen, Brian and the late Katie Kushlak Rader; great-grandmother of 19; sister of Theodora and the late Joe, Eleanor, Chet and Eddie. Passed away August 25, 2016. Helen was born in Cleveland and moved to Berea when she was 11. She retired from the Chevy plant in 1982. Her family was her passion. Her Catholic faith was her strength, a St. Adalbert parishioner since 1931. She enjoyed bowling and yard work. Funeral Mass Tuesday, August 30, St. Adalbert Church (Berea) at 10 A.M.
