HERBERT W. "WHITEY" BARTEL age 94; beloved husband of 63yrs to Maureen (nee Fox); loving father of Catherine Muche (Richard-deceased), Matthew and Tom (Rachel Clark); proud Grandpa of Hazel and Mac; brother of the late Rose Rios, Jean Malick and Robert; uncle and great uncle of many. WWII U.S. Army veteran. Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family May 2, 2021.  Burial with military honors will be private at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
