HUBERT J. "HUGHIE" CORRIGAN, age 94, beloved husband of the late Hildegard (nee Schmidt) and Alta Roy (nee Drake); stepfather of William Lloyd Roy, Patricia D. Wade and Robert Gary Roy, Sr.; dear grandfather of 10, great-grandfather of 14 and great-great-grandfather of 2; son of the late Nora (nee Ginty) and Hugh Corrigan; beloved brother of the late James J., Daniel H. and Marion C. Gouker; much-loved uncle, great uncle and great-great uncle.  U.S. Army veteran - Korea.  Hughie was a longtime friend of Dr. Bob and Bill W. and a member of  Brook Park American Legion Post 610 Brook Park, Berea VFW Post 6676 and West Side Irish American Club.  He retired from Republic Steel, the City of Brook Park and formerly worked at the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections.  Passed away February 27, 2025.  Funeral Mass Saturday, March 8, Mary Queen of the Apostles Church (6455 Engle Rd., Brook Park) at 10 A.M.  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.  Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR.
