INGEBORG A. RICHTER (nee Habla), age 87, passed away peacefully December 11, 2020. Mother of Christine Richter, Fritz Richter (deceased), and Gabriella Ciaramella; grandmother of Alex Manteghi, Shireen Shackelford, Jacob Kutinsky, and Kyle Kutinsky; and great grandmother of Charlie Shackelford. "Inge", born in Germany, was a very talented and professional artist beginning at a young age and was respected for her work throughout the greater Cleveland area. In lieu of flowers, the family recommends giving a donation in Inge's memory to the Artists Archives of Western Reserve (AAWR), 1834 East 123rd Street, Cleveland, OH, 44106. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, there will be no visitation and services will be private.
