JACK E. TUSICK age 21 of Bay Village passed away peacefully on July 14th after a long, brave fight with heart disease. Jack was the beloved son of Raymond and Sandy Tusick, cherished brother of Hillary and Matthew, adored grandson of Peggy Rowley (Walter, deceased), Donald Sprague, and Joseph and Maryanne Tusick (both deceased), and a tremendous blessing to many aunts, uncles, cousins, special friends, caregivers, and a dolphin named, Squirt. He touched the lives of everyone he came in contact with through his joyous smile, infectious laugh, and his lovable, pure spirit. Jack was living proof that miracles really do happen and certainly more than once in a lifetime. His life will be celebrated with a Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, July 16, St. Raphael Church (525 Dover Center Rd. Bay Village) at 11:00 AM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Jack Gives Back Foundation, 29111 Osborn Rd. Bay Village OH 44140.
