James L. Bernosky, passed away, at the age of 76, on September 8, 2021 after a long battle with emphysema. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Shirley (Przybylski) and their children Denise Taylor (Scott), Susan Gabanic (Robert), James (Shannon), Heather Schneider (Robert), Scott MacKenzie (Trina), Kristen Teitenberg (Robert) and Brian; known as "Grandpa B" by his grandchildren Rachael, Mary, Nicholas, Gabby, Genna, Jake, Jimmy, Allie, Sophia, RJ, Ryan, Brittany, Alyssa, Christian, Matthew, Collin, Ciera, Kayla, Maddy, Matt, Dan and Jenna; and great-grandchildren Vanessa, Greyson and Mekhi; brother to John (Carol) and Joseph (Penny) and uncle and friend to many.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Sue Bernosky, and brothers, William Bernard (Nancy) and Lawrence (Teresa).
Jim was a US Army Veteran. He worked 25+ years selling to the construction industry but nothing meant more to him than spending time with his family while sharing a home-cooked meal, a cup of coffee and a good dessert. In his younger years, he loved to dance. In his later years, you could find him in his recliner cheering on his favorite NASCAR driver, Kevin Harvik, and rooting for his favorite sports teams, as he had always been a true loyal fan of the Cleveland Browns and the Cleveland Indians.
He was beloved by many and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
