JAMES REGIS McNAMEE, age 82, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2023. He is survived by his beloved wife of 35 years, Barbara (nee Maresh); adult children Kathleen McNamee, Michael (Terry), Suzanne Walters (Brian), and Timothy (Jessica); grandchildren Brianna McNamee-Sewell; Ricky Richardson; Maura (Kaitlyn), Erin, and Patrick McNamee; Kelly, Kevin (Jason), and Casey Walters; and Sarah and Tommy McNamee; first wife of 24 years, Mary Jane Pavlick (nee Andreski); and sister, Patricia McNamee. Preceded in death by parents, Dr. Regis and Alice (nee Brady) McNamee.

Jim is a 1959 graduate of St. Edward High School in Lakewood, Ohio, and a 1963 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, having graduated with a degree in Business Administration and Army ROTC. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant and served from 1963-1965 in Fort Ord, California. He continued to enjoy a successful career in sales for various industries, including IBM Corporation, Smith and Nephew Corporation, and several real estate brokers.

Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of NORTH OLMSTED, 29150 LORAIN ROAD at STEARNS ROAD, on Monday, November 27, 4-7 pm. Funeral service Tuesday, November 28, at 10:30 am in the Chambers Funeral Home. Interment with honors at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
