JOAN B. SMITH (nee Botnick) age 69 beloved wife of 46yrs to Bob; loving mother of Kevin (Amy), Keith (Laura) and Jennifer Wogoman (Chad); grandmother of Zachary, Mackenzie, Alexis, Aiden, Ayla and Anais; daughter of the late Morris and Clara Botnick; beloved sister in law and aunt; Joan was a 1958 Brush High School graduate and a 1963 graduate of Cleveland State University. She was a devoted teacher for the Cleveland Public Schools and the Diocese of Cleveland Schools teaching at St. Richard, St. Ignatius, St. Mary of the Falls and Our Lady of Good Counsel parishes. Joans family states she will miss all of the wonderful students who stayed in touch with her over the years. Went home to be with our Lord on September 4, 2009.
