JOHN W. HEGARTY, age 31. Beloved husband of Gabby (nee Black); son of Mary (nee Senal) and Joel Hegarty, M.D.; brother of Daniel (Mary), Michael (Emily) and Marcie; grandson of the following deceased Alice (nee Dietz) and Carl Senal and Mary Jo (nee Close) and William Hegarty, M.D.; son-in-law of Theresa Black; uncle and godfather of Alice; nephew, cousin and friend of many. He will be missed by his dogs Gus and Beau. John was a loyal, loving, determined, fiercely protective and strong willed husband, son and brother.  He will be greatly missed. Passed away September 28, 2024. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, October 4, St. Raphael Church (525 Dover Center Rd.) at 11:00 AM. where friends may call in the Gathering Room 10:30 until time of Mass. Inurnment St. Joseph Cemetery.
