JOHN A. "JACK" HUDAK, age 64, loving father of Monica Hudak; son of the late Helen (nee Lutch) and John R.; brother of The Rev. Ralph (Pastor of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Cleveland), Patricia Funk (Robert), Gregory and Albert. Passed away December 31, 2012. U. S. Army Vietnam Veteran. Private services were held. Memorial Contributions to Holy Family Hospice, 6707 State Road, Parma, OH 44134 would be appreciated.
