JOHN J. "JACK" BOGART, age 28, beloved son of Lisa (nee Turek) and R. David Bogart; much-loved brother of Avery, Jolie and Maisy; beloved grandson of Marilyn (nee Soster) and the late Bernard Turek and the late Jolayne (nee Westhaus) and Richard P. Bogart; cherished nephew, cousin and dear friend of many. Passed away unexpectedly September 13, 2026. Funeral Mass Thursday, September 24, St. Ladislas Church (2345 Bassett Rd., Westlake) at 11 A.M.
