JOHN J. "JACK" MOFFITT, age 80, beloved husband of Mary Patricia "Pat" Kacmarcik-Moffitt; father of Debbie Nelson (Kirk), Kim and Laurie Porter (Grant); grandfather of 7; brother of Patricia Peters and the late Wayne and Richard Moffitt; uncle and great uncle of many. Jack was General Manager of WUAB TV43 in Cleveland for many years and won three Emmy's and numerous other broadcasting awards during his career. Passed away March 24, 2010. Memorial Service Saturday, March 27 at 3 P.M. in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME 29150 LORAIN RD. AT STEARNS RD. N. OLMSTED WHERE FRIENDS MAY CALL SATURDAY 1 P.M. UNTIL TIME OF SERVICES.
