JOHN R. "JACK" MITTENDORF, age 74, beloved son of the late Catherine (nee Sutter) and Edmund Mittendorf; loving brother of Donald (Roz), Gerald (Shelby) of IN, Richard (Ellen, deceased), and Jeanne Gilles (Raymond); uncle and great uncle of many; devoted friend of Fay Davis and her daughter, Lindsey. Jack was a retired accountant for GM Parma and a longtime parishioner and usher at St. Richard Church. He enjoyed volleyball, golfing and spending time with his friends. Passed away August 28, 2013. Funeral Mass Saturday, August 31, St. Richard Church (26855 Lorain Rd.) at 10 A.M. Interment St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Cemetery (Avon).
