JOHN A. TANCAK, SR. age 81. Loving father of John Jr. (Bonnie), Tina Marie Bohatka (Chuck), Nadine Grenig (Richard), James (Cindy), Amy Vanek (Danny), Valerie Puchmajer and Cheryl Milor-Jindra; grandfather of 15; great-grandfather of 12; brother of Phyllis Murray, Carol Whiteman, Helen Grove and the late William, Richard and Edward; former husband of Beverly Carey (nee Dynia). Passed away April 5, 2015. Funeral Mass Wednesday, April 8, St. Patrick Church (West Park) at 10 A.M. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friend may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. AT PURITAS TUESDAY 2-4 & 6-8 P.M.
