JOSEPH F. MENGEL, age 78, beloved husband of 37 years to Darlene (nee Janco); son of the late Antoinette (nee Morrone) and Joseph F. Mengel, Sr.; brother of the late Carole A. Cox; uncle, cousin and friend of many.  Retired Board Agent for the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).  Passed away peacefully at home November 14, 2022.  A service will be announced later by the family.  Memorial contributions are suggested to the Ohio Parkinson Foundation Northeast Region, P.O.
