JOSEPH "JOE" RAYMOND FRANK, age 92, passed away March 18 peacefully at his home in Cumming, Georgia with his beloved wife Debbie and adored dog Koko at his side. Joe is also survived by his son Richard and step-sons Martino (Laura) and Marco (Morgan) Ruggiero and his sisters Mary Michel (Norbert - deceased), Sue Fleming (Richard), and Nancy Thompson (Frank - deceased). Joe was a grandfather, a great-grandfather and an uncle and great-uncle to many. Joe was predeceased by his first wife Nancy, his daughter Joanne, his sisters Monica Frank and Rosemarie Warstler (John - deceased), and his brother James (Judy). Joe was a WWII veteran, serving in the Navy - Hospital Fleet #116 in Okinawa. Joe was the COO for Cleveland Growers for 42 years. He served on the Board for the United Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Association of Washington, DC, served for 25 years on the Northern Ohio Food Terminal Board, and was Management Trustee for Local 400 Union Pensions & Welfare for over 20 years. Joe was a legend in the produce business. Joe loved golf and playing cards at Westwood Country Club where he was a long-time member. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Joe's name may be made to St. Jude's (st.jude.org).
