Woods, dear brother of William F., Dennis J., David T., Maureen Bissler (Fred), Fred J., Jean McCormick (Dale), Mark (Debbie), Thomas J., Patricia Schilling (Robb), Ellen McCafferty (Dennis) and Jacqueline Marconi (John); uncle, great uncle , cousin and friend of many.  Joe was a longtime lineman for AT&T.
