Loving father of Brian; son of the late Grace (nee Haddad) and Lawrence Hamblen; brother of Sandra Lavdas (Peter) and Richard Hamblen (Teddy); uncle of Alysia Hardy, Vanessa Glaser, Anthony Lavdas, Bradley Hamblen, Missy Hamblen, and Chloe Sidick; great-unlce of Alexandra Stephan, Christopher Hamblen, Gabby Hamblen, Bobby Hardy, Adriana Hardy, Anthony Lavdas and Peter Lavdas; former husband of Eileen (nee Musbach); father-like figure of Kevin Knestrick. Larry received the 1996 Honorary Alumnus of the Year Award from St. Edward High School. Passed away June 7, 2023. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, June 13, Blessed Trinity Church (14040 Puritas Ave.) at 11:00 AM. Inurnment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
