LARRY WOODLEY passed away leaving behind a legacy of devotion, generosity, and deep love for his family. Born in Massachusetts, Larry later made his home in Ohio, where he built a life centered on hard work, loyalty, and family.

A proud graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Larry also served honorably in the Army Reserves. He spent his 30-year career with Standard Oil of Ohio, later British Petroleum (BP), working in real estate and earning the respect of colleagues for his integrity and steady leadership. While still in high school, Larry met the love of his life, Marsha. Their young romance grew into a remarkable partnership spanning 58 years.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Harry; his beloved son, Craig; and his sister, Mary Lou Knight. He is survived by his devoted wife, Marsha; his daughters, Sharyl and Krista; his brother, Kent (Joy); and his cherished grandson, Ryan.

Family was the center of Larry’s life. He loved bringing everyone together, especially for his breakfast cookouts, lobster dinners, and lively St. Patrick’s Day celebrations honoring his Irish roots. Known for his generosity and thoughtful gifts, Larry had a special way of making others feel valued.

Larry’s faith brought him comfort throughout his life, and his family finds peace knowing he is reunited in heaven with his beloved son, Craig.
