LILLY ANGELA STAUNTON (nee McHugh), age 85, native of Cappagh, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, Ireland.  Beloved wife of 40 years to the late Thomas M.; loving mother of Maureen Heffernan (Jim), Margaret O'Reilley (Joe), Thomas (Elizabeth), Catherine, John (Nicki) and Patrick; dear "Nana" of Shawn, Grace (Sam Allard) and Kate Heffernan; Mark Norris (Jessica); Thomas and James Staunton; Jack Wurts; and Liam, Eva, Briena and Aidan Staunton; great-grandmother of Mateo Staunton Norris; daughter of the late Ellen (nee Conway) and Thomas McHugh; sister of Irene Ward of London, England and the late Maura, Ann, Eileen, Peggy, Bridget, Peter, Thomas, Patrick and Eugene; aunt of many nieces and nephews in the U.S., Ireland and England.  Angela immigrated to Cleveland from Ireland in the 1950's and became a U.S. citizen in 1972. She was a devoted Eucharistic Minister and a proud retiree from Euclid City Hall. She will be remembered for her generosity and love of family, as well as her amazing knitting skills, zest for card games, quick wit, lively step, and infectious laugh.  Passed away peacefully January 16, 2019.  Funeral Mass Monday, January 21, Our Lady of the Lake Church (19951 Lake Shore Blvd., Euclid 44119) at 9:30 A.M.  Interment All Souls Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the SCHULTE & MAHON-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 5252 MAYFIELD RD., LYNDHURST (BETWEEN RICHMOND AND BRAINARD) SUNDAY, JANUARY 20, FROM 2-6 P.M.
