CUSACK (nee McIntyre) age 86, beloved wife of 63 years to James J.; mother of Timothy (deceased) (Debbie), Colleen Prebish (Michael Sr., deceased), Kathleen (deceased) and Maureen Tobia (Charles), grandmother of 7; great-grandmother of 8; sister of the late MaryAnn Madden; aunt and great aunt of many. Passed away June 23, 2018. Funeral Mass Thursday, June 28, Mary Queen of the Apostles Church (6455 Engle Rd. Brook Park) at 9:30 A.M. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
