LOUIS D. HAZAPIS, age 57. Beloved husband of Annette (nee Lisi); loving father of Caroline and Natalie; son of Jennie (nee Zervas) and the late Dan; brother of Maria Schlenk (John) and Sheila Hazapis; son-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle and friend of many. Lou worked for the Ohio Department of Transportation for 33 years and the family is thankful for their exceptional support. Passed away August 14, 2018.
