LOUIS J. JOYCE age 85. Devoted husband of 38 yrs. to Mary Jo (nee Driscoll); son of the late Ann (nee Chambers) and Patrick Joyce; brother of the following deceased Mary , Cathy Shank (Norman), Nancy, Patrick, and John; special uncle to the families of Joyce Maydak (Dan), Mary Ellen Kilbane (John) and Pat Gunter (Clayton); dear uncle, cousin and friend of many. U.S. Marine veteran. He devoted his life to education as a teacher, principal and professor till the age of 82 with brief periods of retirement. He loved the theatre and performed in many musical plays. His love of life and faith in God was evident by his daily attendance at Mass and kindness to others. He shared his talents as an active church and choir member and was always baking for others. He will be remembered as a true gentleman of great faith, kindness and integrity whose love of family and friends knew no bounds. Passed away July 26, 2014.
