MADELYN Y. GARRETT (nee Barker), age 86, beloved wife of the late Bobby; loving mother of Scott (Pam), Jimmy, Mike (Becky) and Craig (Chrissy); proud grandmother of six and great-grandmother of three; dear sister of the late Betty Lou McNeely and Junior Skaggs; aunt and friend of many.  Passed away November 15, 2022.  Inurnment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at a later date.
