MADONNA "DONNA" MARIE MOBLEY (nee Pearns), age 89, passed away on July 2, 2024 at her son's home in Louisville, KY with her daughter, son, and daughter-in-law by her side. Wife of 34 years to the late Harry D. Mobley; mother of Mary Elizabeth (Beth) Leitner (the late Jim), the late Harry (Dave) David, and Michael (Mick) Joseph (Patty); grandmother to the late Joshua David and great-grandmother to Braeyden David; step-grandmother to Tiffany Reinke (Matt); step-great-grandmother to Lilly, Harper, and Morgan Reinke; Dear sister to the late George William Pearns (Shirley); Dear aunt to George (Willie) Pearns, Debbie Casentini (Rick) and Susan Nemec. Cherished cousin to many; dog/cat mom and grand-mom to many. Born December 17, 1934 at home (13607 Maplerow Avenue) in Garfield Heights to the late Joseph Edward Pearns and Colletta Elizabeth (nee Powers.) She was a proud graduate of St. Timothy parish school in Garfield Heights and Holy Name High School Class of '52. Donna worked 45 years as a lab technician at St. Alexis and Fairview Hospitals. She truly enjoyed her work and forged many friendships throughout her career. In 1964 the family moved to Fairview Park where she dedicated the next 59 years to raising her children, grandchild and great-grandchild the greatest joys of her life. Her family meant everything to her and she to them. She was the glue that held them together. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Donna will be held Saturday, July 13, at 1 P.M. in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DRIVE AT PURITAS where friends may call SATURDAY 11 A.M. UNTIL TIME OF SERVICE.
