MARJORIE E. VANEK (nee Finke), July 7, 1936 to August 12, 2016. Daughter of the late William and Augusta "Gustie" Finke; wife of the late Richard J. Vanek; devoted, loving mother of Joan Vanek (Eric Eller) of CA, Tom and Tim Vanek of MT; adoring grandmother of Richard Eller; loving sister of Ernie Finke (Mary), Phyllis "Priya" Petschler (Pete) and the late Franz, Thomas and William Finke; cherished aunt, cousin, extended family member and friend of many. Marjorie was an enduring, devoted, employee of community, scholastic and veterans' libraries. She was a champion of women's rights, the arts and literature. She was a conservationist, a passionate and keen bridge and Scrabble player, hostess and wonderful cook.
