MARY J. CHUCKSA (nee Januchonek), age 96. Beloved wife of the late Joseph. Mother of Doris Tavani (Philip) and Ron (Nancy). Grandmother of Philip Tavani (Morgane), Karen Grattan (Greg), Robert and Douglas (Laura). Great-Grandmother of Mary Kusber, Eve, Seth Tavani, Samuel and Andrew. Great-Great-Grandmother of Madison and Landon Kusber. Sister of John. Passed away June 27, 2012. Funeral Service Saturday, June 30, at 10 AM in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. AT PURITAS WHERE FRIENDS MAY CALL FRIDAY 4-8 PM.
