MARY BERNADETTE MUELLER (nee Campbell), lovingly known as Bernadette Mueller, peacefully passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 101.  She was born on July 18, 1922, in Clare, Michigan, to the late Anna and James Campbell.

Bernadette, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, was an extraordinary woman who touched the lives of all who knew her.  She was a true matriarch, and her presence brought warmth and love to her family.

A talented artist, Bernadette had a unique ability to capture the world's beauty through her paintings.  Her artistic vision and dreams will forever inspire all those who were fortunate enough to join in her creativity.  She cherished her time spent with the many artisans who were members of the Kingspoint Art League, including teaching beginning watercolor classes at 97.

Bernadette is survived by her loving children:  Judy Vires (Russ), Lisa Everden (Robert), Mark Mueller (Len), Chris Mueller (Trish).  Her memory will be forever cherished by her grandchildren:  Adam Vires, Ethan Vires, Amanda George (Kyle), Emily Everden, Robert Harrison, Will Mueller, Camp Mueller, Kim Gagnon (Max), Sarah Nelson (Seth), and her great-grandchildren:  Tyler Gagnon and Sloane George.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 57 years, William Mueller.  Bernadette also was preceded in death by her six siblings:  Helen Lemieux, Jacqueline Mullee, Betty Boisvenue, Patricia Head, William Campbell, Michael Campbell, and special companion, William Strickland.

In this time of grief, we remember Bernadette's vibrant spirit and the immeasurable impact she had on all those she loved.  Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

A private family service to honor Bernadette's life will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2023.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Chambers Funeral Home in North Olmsted, Ohio.

The proceeds will be used to provide an annual "Bernadette Mueller Memorial Award" to the "Best in Show" painting at the Kingspoint Art League annual art fair.  In this way, Bernadette's spirit and love of art will continue to be shared with future generations.
