Kwiatkowski (deceased) and Nancy Bak (nee Kennedy) (Ron, deceased) (friend Ed Kotonski); brother of Luke (Clarissa) of Hawaii, Johanna Goodwin (Jerry Yates) and Susan Cerny (Jerry); beloved nephew, cousin, uncle and friend of many. Beloved of Jeannette (née Guarnera).  Passed away unexpectedly March 11, 2018.  Funeral Service Thursday, March 15 at 6:30 P.M. in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of BEREA, 86 ADALBERT ST. (ONE BLOCK NORTH OF BAGLEY OFF FRONT ST.) where friends may call THURSDAY 3 P.M.
