MAXWELL J. "MAX" MUZYCZKA, age 13, cherished son of Julie (nee Eyerman) and R. John Muzyczka Jr.; much-loved brother of Jack; beloved grandson of Nancy (nee Hiltner) and Russell J. Muzyczka Sr. and the late Rosemary (nee Kerrigan) and John Eyerman Sr.; loving nephew of Tanya Muzyczka and Lisa Nelsen (Victor), John Eyerman Jr. (Kathy), Michael Eyerman (Jane), Timothy Eyerman (Pam), Christopher Eyerman (Gwen), Amy Eyerman and Lori Del Regno (Larry); dearest cousin of Jason (deceased), Joseph and Anya Nelsen; Andrew Eyerman, Rosemary Motz (Gary), Mitchell and Braden Eyerman; Nick Schultz, Ryan, Adam and Jane Eyerman; Erica and Nate Eyerman; and Nicholas and Grace Del Regno. Max was beloved by all friends and family. He embraced life to the fullest and was a friend to all. Max gave the gift of life to six recipients through organ donation. Family will receive friends on Thursday, February 6, 2020, from 4-8 P.M. at the WAITE AND SON FUNERAL HOME, BRUNSWICK CHAPEL, 3300 CENTER RD., BRUNSWICK, OH 44212. Funeral Mass will be on Friday, February 7, 10 A.M. at Our Lady of Grace Church, 1088 Ridge Rd., Hinckley (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery (Avon, OH). In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Augustine Health Ministries, 7801 Detroit Ave., Cleveland, OH 44102 or Westside Catholic Center, 3135 Lorain Ave., Cleveland, OH 44113.
