IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Melanie A.
Mcpherson
June 11, 1976 – June 12, 2024
Melanie McPherson, 48, of North Olmsted, passed away on June 12, 2024, after a sudden catastrophic brain bleed.
Melanie, a spirited soul, was born on June 11, 1976, to Lawrence and Christina Timura in Parma, OH. Her childhood was a kaleidoscope of energy and color, always bustling with her siblings Laura and Donald.
In 1993, Melanie's heart found its perfect match in George McPherson. Their marriage, a beacon of enduring love, testified to their commitment and devotion. Together, they raised two exceptional children, Alex and William, who epitomized Melanie's pride and joy.
For over 20 years, Melanie worked hand-in-hand with her husband, George, in multiple local businesses. Their partnership was more than just a business venture. It was a commitment to their community, evidence of their dedication, and a source of strength for their long-time patrons, many of whom became friends.
Melanie's life outside work was a lively tapestry of family and personal interests. She found joy in gardening, meticulously tending to her spring and summer flowers, creating a vibrant oasis around her yard. Her green thumb was a testament to her nurturing nature and her love for beauty.
Her children will forever cherish Melanie's stories, comforting words, and wisdom, which she seemed to always have. Her famous family gatherings, loaded with an overabundance of food, were a staple and enjoyed by many.
Predeceased by her father, Lawrence, and her husband, George, Melanie's memory is honored by her children, Alex and William; her mother, Christina Timura; sister, Laura Goren (Max); brother, Donald Timura (Sandy); mother and father-in-law, Dunia and David McPherson; sister-in-law Rita Wittine (Tom); nephew Nathan; and nieces Gabrielle, Kayla, and Sarah.
