MICHAEL J. GALE, JR., age 80, beloved husband of the late Maureen E. (nee Malone); loving father of Lisa M. Barrett (Dan), Carolyn Skoczen (Ken) and Megan Loomis (Bob); proud Papa of McKenna, Kailey, Brianna, Danielle, Keegan, Brayden, Nolan and Kevin; brother of John (Eleanor) (both deceased), Ralph (Mary) (both deceased), Robert (deceased) (Helen), Richard (Joanne) and Margaret Fox (Richard, deceased); uncle and great-uncle of many.  U.S. Army veteran.  Mr. Gale retired after 34 years of service as Commander of the Shaker Heights Police Department.  Passed away unexpectedly June 23, 2024.  Funeral Mass Thursday, June 27, St. Mark Church (15800  Montrose Ave.) at 10 A.M. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH).  Interment Sunset Memorial Park.  Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of NORTH OLMSTED, 29150 LORAIN RD.
