Surtz; brother of Sr. Julia Surtz, S.N.D., Lois Lewis (Frank)(both deceased) of VA, Bernard (deceased)(Lorraine) of Chicago and Joseph (deceased) (Mary Ann); uncle of many; godfather of Cindy Wozniak and Mary Lewis.
