NEIL J. CHAMBERS, age 77, "The Mayor of Ennis Court."  Beloved son of the late Mary (nee Duffy) and Patrick J. "Plank" Chambers; brother of the late Patricia McCool (Raymond), Kathleen O'Donnell (Michael) and William C.; uncle of Patrick O'Donnell (Mary Mulloy), Michael O'Donnell (Mindy), Kevin O'Donnell (Carol), Christopher O'Donnell (Bridget), Mary Berry (Sean), Ann McCool and John McCool; great-uncle, cousin and friend of many.  Passed away March 21, 2019.  Funeral Mass Saturday, March 23, St. Colman Church (2027 W. 65th St., Cleveland, OH  44102) at 1:00 P.M.  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.  Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR.
