Beloved husband of 61 years to Olga (nee Kowalow); father of Kathleen Bombalicki (Allan), Andrew and Daniel (Priscilla); grandfather of Jacquelyn and Elise; brother of Mikolai, Eve and the late John and Michael; uncle and great uncle of many. Ostap was a founding member, Treasurer, Trustee of Mother of God Zyrovicy Belarusan Orthodox Church. He also assisted in the Divine Liturgy. He was an avid Cleveland Sports Teams fan and worked as a Tool Inspector for Cleveland Twist Drill for 38 years. Passed away Sept. 24, 2015.
