PATRICIA C. McGANN (nee Collins), age 83, beloved wife of the late Andy; loving mother of Megan MacLeod (Dan); stepmother of Mark (Eileen), Kieran (deceased) (Theresa), Neal (Debra) and Shane (deceased); proud "Grannie Patti" of Kayleigh, Riley, Campbell, Jennifer, Mariah, Colin, Shaun, Liam, Chelsea, Erin, Brian, Lyndsey, Kaitlyn and Christopher; and great-grandmother of many.  Passed away September 10, 2026.  Relatives and friends are invited to meet for her Funeral Mass Saturday, September 19, Our Lady of Angels Church (3644 Rocky River Dr.) at 11 A.M.  Memorial contributions are suggested to Guiding Eyes at guidingeyes.org
