PATRICIA R. FORNWALT (nee Bauer), age 96, beloved wife of the late Charles B.; loving mother of David (deceased), Thomas J. (Kim), Martin C. (Karen) and Nancy Ann Dowd (deceased); dear grandmother of 6 and great-grandmother of 4; sister of the late Edna Trapnell.  Passed away May 8, 2025.  Memorial Service Saturday, May 17, at 1:00 P.M. in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR.
