(Tracy Ackerman); grandmother of Michelle Zieske and a soon to be grandson; daughter of the late Josephine (nee Hacon) and Michael Hardik; sister of Michael Hardik; aunt of many; passed away suddenly March 29, 2013. Funeral Service Friday, April 5, at 2:30 PM in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME 29150 LORAIN RD. AT STEARNS RD. NORTH OLMSTED where friends may call FRIDAY 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Inurnment Holy Cross Cemetery
