PATRICIA D. HUGHES (nee O'Reilly), age 81, beloved wife of the late Francis "Fuzzy"; loving mother of Daniel, Kelly Ward, Ph.D. (Robert), Traci Lohn (Edward), Douglas, Erin Hammond (Michael), and Kathleen; grandmother of Theresa Lohn, Anton Lohn, Megan Hammond, and Colleen Hammond; sister of Carol Hughes (Thomas, deceased), Richard O'Reilly (Mary Ann, deceased), Florence Ott (Bernard), Laurie Jenkins (Edward) (both deceased), and Rita Webster (David); aunt and great-aunt of many; godmother of the late Michael O'Reilly.  Passed away July 12, 2018.  Relatives and friends are invited to meet for her Funeral Mass Tuesday, July 17, St. Angela Merici Church (20970 Lorain Rd., Fairview Park) at 10 A.M.  Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of NORTH OLMSTED, 29150 LORAIN RD.
