McCOOL (nee Chambers), age 74, beloved wife of the late Raymond; loving mother of Mary Berry (Sean), John, and Ann Cahill (Daniel); devoted grandmother of Connor and John Berry and Molly and Nora McCool; beloved daughter of the late Mary (nee Duffy) and Patrick "Plank" Chambers; dearest sister of Neil and the late Kathleen O'Donnell and William C. Chambers; aunt and great aunt of many. Passed away October 24, 2014 surrounded by her family. Funeral Mass Monday, October 27, St. Patrick Church (3602 Bridge Ave.) at 10 A.M.
