PATRICIA K. "PATTY" MILLER (nee Kozak), age 57.  Beloved wife of David J.; loving mother of Mehgan (fiance William Johnson) and Bryan; daughter of the late Margaret (nee Burns) and Nicholas Kozak; sister of Bernie Kozak (Claudia), Connie Kozak and the late Cynthia Kozak; beloved aunt and friend of many.  Patty was a devoted caregiver for many years at Kemper House in Strongsville.  Passed away January 9, 2019.  Funeral Mass Tuesday, January 15, St. Patrick Church (West Park) at 11 A.M.  Friends may all at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. AT PURITAS, MONDAY 2-4 AND 6-8 P.M.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN  38105.
