Beloved mother of Joseph Saccany; daughter of the late Betty (nee McChrystal) and Patrick; sister of Jude Wisniewski, Mary, Ellen Bishop (Ron), Margaret Brooks (Taylor, deceased), James (Sanya), Kathleen Witherspoon, and Therese Laskey (Mark); loving aunt of 15; great-aunt  of 4 and great-great-aunt of 2. Patricia was a proud retired nurse from the Cleveland Clinic. Passed away February 22, 2020. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, February 29, St. Colman Church (2027 West 65th Street) at 11 A.M. where friends may call 9:30 A.M. UNTIL TIME OF MASS.
