PATRICIA ANN PHILBIN (nee Watson), passed away peacefully on March 22, 2011 in Jacksonville, FL where she had resided since 1999. Most of her life was spent in Cleveland, OH. Patricia is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 47 years, John; sons John (Tracy), Christoper (Tracy); daughters Mary Jo McCool (Daniel), Eileen Monachello (Joe), Kathleen Jasper and Patricia E. Philbin; 11 grandchildren; brother Robert Watson (Susan), sisters Mary Margaret Cingel (Jack), Rita Watson and Karen Buckley (John); aunt to many nieces and nephews.
