CHIEF WARRANT OFFICER PATRICK M. FARRELL, U.S. Coast Guard-retired, age 75, beloved father of Robert, Richard and Jason (Joan); proud Grandpa of Alexz, Jakob, Colin, and Cormac; son of the late Rose (nee Lubinsky) and Robert Farrell; dear brother of Claudette Farrell and Eileen Farrell.  Passed away September 5, 2024.  Relatives and friends will be invited to a Graveside Service with Military Honors at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery on a date to be announced by the family.
