RANDOLPH H. "RANDY" DALEY, passed away, April 28, 2026. Beloved Husband of Laurene (Nee Guzowski) (Deceased) for 62 years. Father of Jackie Gribb (Dan), Timothy (Mary Louise), Christopher (Bridget), Randolph (Cari), Rebecca Shirley. Papa of Joseph (Satomi), Sara, Jake, Kate, Kaylee, Kathleen, Son of the late Eleanor (nee Lamb) and Robert Daley, Brother of Robert (Deceased), Cindy Smith, Terrance (Deceased), Pamela Edgehouse (Deceased). He was a beloved Uncle, friend and coworker.
Randy graduated from West Tech High School and served his country by joining the Air Force where he and Laurene started their life together as a married couple in Maryland. Randy and Laurene moved back to Cleveland when Randy's time in the service was completed to be near family and start their own. He went on to work at Union Carbide while raising his family and finished his working career with Fifth Third Bank. In his retirement, Randy and Laurene would hop in the car for road trips and some of his favorites were Marblehead Lighthouse, Ocean City, Maryland and Amish Country. During these roads trips, it was not uncommon to see Randy with his painting supplies, sketchbook and sometimes some fishing equipment doing his thing while Laurene was by his side with her ever present book.
Randy taught his children and lived by the lessons he learned in faith, service and family. Family always came first and there was nothing that he would not do for his children and was always there whenever you called with his famous line "What do you need?" When it came to his grandchildren, he was always there to babysit, attend a grandparent's day at school, a play and any and all celebrations whether it be a birthday party, graduation or wedding. He taught us all to have a plan, treat all men regardless of class, race or gender equally and to always be there for family. Anyone who knew Randy, knew that his faith ran deep. With all of his various health scares over the years, he would always say that his job here was not done yet. Well Dad/Papa, you rest easy now as you not only did your job but fulfilled it to the fullest all the way to the end. May you rest easy in the Lord's arms and know that your job here has been completed.
Rest Peacefully, you deserve it.
All of our love, now and forever.
