RICHARD P. "RICH" VULCAN, JR., age 51.  Beloved husband of Jennifer (nee Packard); son of the late Shirley (nee Forst) and Richard P. Vulcan, Sr.; brother of James (Patti); son-in-law of Yvonne (nee Edwards) and the late H. Thomas Packard; brother-in-law of Barbara Zinsmeister (Brian), Sandra Chalkwater and Thomas Packard (Anita); uncle, cousin and friend of many.  Passed away at home surrounded by his family on February 6, 2019 after a three-year battle with cancer.  All Services Monday, February 11, First Congregational United Church of Christ (36363 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville) at 10 A.M.  Interment Brooklyn Heights Cemetery.  Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of NORTH OLMSTED, 29150 LORAIN RD.
