RICHARD M. SAXTON, age 74. Beloved son of the late Barbara (nee Morey) and Donald Saxton, Sr.; brother of Donald Jr. (Nancy), Barbara Turney, Roger (Etsuko) and his late twin brothers George and Morey; uncle of Erin Ruscin (Todd), Matthew (Becca), Scott (Satomi), John and R.J. (Chrissy). Passed away June 3, 2020. Interment Grandview Cemetery in Pennsylvania.
