RICHARD J. WESBECHER, age 72, of Strongsville, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer November 25, 2021.  He was a cherished and loving husband, father, Pops, brother, uncle and friend who will be greatly missed by all that knew him.  He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Kathleen (nee Almasie); loving father of Steven (deceased), Traci Bodamer (Paul) and Scott (Jake); proud Pops of Brendan, Steven, Averie and Emerson; brother of Marilyn (deceased), Larry (Joanne), Cheryl (Fred) and Dan (Linda); brother-in-law of Bob Almasie (Gail); uncle of many.  Rick worked at Ford Motor for 42 years and recently drove a Senior Wheels bus for Strongsville, which he loved.  He will be remembered for his devoted faith to God, his love for family and friends, enjoying all sports especially golf, and his great sense of humor.  We have all lost one very special man.  Relatives and friends are invited to meet for his Memorial Mass Friday, December 3, St. Mary's Church (250 Kraft St., Berea) at 11 A.M.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Ignatius High School, Labre Ministry, 1911 W. 30th St., Cleveland, OH 44113 which helps feed the needy in the city of Cleveland.  Arrangements by CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of BEREA (216) 251-6566.
