ROBERT B. CARLSON, age 83, beloved husband of 58 years to Anna Marie (nee Dufala); loving father of Marc Carlson and Tricia Simpson (Todd); much-loved Grandpa of Nicholas, Amara, Alexandra, Gavin and Shea; brother-in-law of Theresa Boures and the late Mary Ann Wroblewski and all the cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Bob's love for the game of soccer led him into coaching which became his passion. It was this passion that allowed him to spread his enjoyment of the game to the multitude of young athletes he positively influenced over the years.

Proud U.S. Army Military Police veteran serving in Japan. Passed away August 29, 2026. Relatives and friends are invited to meet for his Funeral Mass Thursday, September 3, St. Brendan Church (4242 Brendan Lane, North Olmsted) at 10 A.M. Private burial with military honors to be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
