ROBERT GEORGE BUMM, age 83, afflicted by a stroke since 2009, was escorted by Angels into the Kingdom of God September 15, 2013. Beloved husband of Phyllis (nee Martin) for 58 years and devoted father of Cyndee Shirk (Tim), Carolyn Maloney (Richard) and twin sons Mike (Delynn) and Rob; grandfather of Keegan, Meghann, Brendan, Marian, Rachel, Lauren, Sophia, Eric, Lester and Gordon; great-grandfather of Quinn; brother of Gertrude Bumm. Born and raised in Cleveland, Bob was a proud graduate of St. Ignatius High School and received an engineering degree from Case Western Reserve. He was a loyal employee of Cosmo Plastic Corporation his entire professional career. An active parishioner at St. Brendan, Bob never missed Mass or the weekly golf outings. Bob had an amazing sense of humor and loved to make people smile. Despite his debilitating stroke he always kept humor in his heart. Don't shed a tear but crack a smile when remembering Bob.
